France and Brazil Recharged should start with 9 garbage, not 6. I believe original setup is correct at 6. In UK/Ireland it appears to not allow jumping island if all the cities are filled. I believe the english rules are mistranslated. Perhaps Mr. Spock could weigh in if they have a copy, but I see that it states "Um im Laufe des Spiels das zweite Stromnetz auf der anderen Insel zu beginnen, muss der Spieler einmalige Verbindungskosten von 20 Elektro zahlen, plus die gewohnten Anschlusskosten der Stadt" in the german rules, which translates very differently from "During the game, when the player wants to start their second network on the other island, the player chooses any vacant city on that island as the start of their second network, and the player must pay an additional cost of 20 Elektro. "

It would be nice to have a native pitch in but the google translation on other Greek, Russian, German didn't help much as it translated to "safe city". b. A city can have 3 houses. And as highlighted yellow in the third snapshot a player's first city cannot be in 15 nor 20. And because the same phrase "vacant city" was used in the jump description highlighted in red I think it was interpreted that way? c. World tournaments in LA and in Pittsburgh have been ran by these rules, but I inquired a GM knowledgeable in this matter. d. I think we had a Sweden player agree with these rules too. You're right, thank you! France and Brazil Recharged had the Original count hard-coded since the maps were added. Brazil Biogas and France garbage fixed for new games once the update ships; games already running keep their current setup. UK & Ireland we're keeping as is, cheers!
