I'd be interested in also seeing the 'new plant' decks added as an option to power grid settings options. Perhaps as an option to play Original, 1, or 2; or replace plants from the base deck.

Actually it looks like the NA/EU decks are the same as set 2 aside from using natural gas, so already half implemented ;)

Each Board has varients of the rules when using each set. For example in Germany once the 39, Nuke 6, no more Nuclear is added to the game. Set 1, green boarder, this changes to either the 38, Nuke 6, or possibly 50, double Nuke 8. Set 2, Yellow boarder, 37, Double Nuke 6 or 50, double nuke 7.
