Mobile Controls Challenges

There's a lot of help-text on desktop handled by hovers that are all but inaccessible on mobile. Perhaps this could be handled with a help-text toggle button like colorblind mode. It'd be nice to have for certain controls, like the pass, confirm bid button, etc.(already discussed on discord some). This also extends to the plant deck too. On desktop you can see how many cards are left via hover. I propose adding a text counter to the middle that indicates how many cards are left, perhaps even the cards that have been seen that are in the deck, just in numerical order.
